Jackspeed India (“Jackspeed,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Jackspeed Dealer app. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information handled by the app
Authorized dealers may enter:
Dealer account information, such as an email address used to sign in.
Warranty customer details, such as name, phone number, and email address.
Vehicle details, including registration number.
Product and warranty details, such as product type, material, colour, design, warranty number, and warranty dates.
Customers do not need to use the app directly. Dealers enter customer information to register and manage warranties.
How we use information
We use this information to:
Authenticate authorized dealer accounts.
Register, retrieve, and manage warranty records.
Generate warranty certificates.
Email certificates to the customer email address entered by the dealer.
Provide support and protect the app from misuse.
Service providers and sharing
We use service providers to operate the app:
Firebase and Google Cloud provide account authentication, database storage, and server-side processing.
Resend sends warranty certificate emails. It receives the recipient’s email address and the certificate PDF, which contains the warranty details.
Authorized Jackspeed personnel and users with appropriate access may view warranty records to support warranty administration. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the app, its users, or our business.
We do not sell personal information or use warranty records to deliver third-party advertising.
Retention and requests
We keep warranty records as needed to administer warranties and meet applicable business or legal requirements. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, contact us at jackspeedindia@gmail.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for warranty administration or legal obligations.
Security
We use access controls and service-provider safeguards to protect information. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
The app is for authorized dealers and is not intended for children.

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. We will post the current version at this webpage and update the date above.
